If your package has not been delivered within more than 5 days, we suggest you contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 for information on its status.

IMPORTANT

Once the package has arrived at the destination city or has been delivered, we are not responsible for any situation beyond our control. If you have doubts about the accuracy of your address or wish to add more references to facilitate delivery, we recommend contacting Estafeta or USPS as soon as possible to avoid inconveniences. If your address does not have an exterior number or has few references, you can request the collection of the package at an authorized Estafeta or USPS.

Important notice for Mexico.

All our shipments are made through Estafeta, regardless of the location within Mexico. However, in exceptional cases, some packages must be sent to a branch or shipping center authorized by Estafeta. This may be due to restricted postcodes, high risk areas or difficult to access rural areas. To pick up the package, the customer will only have to present an official identification and their tracking number. In the event that your package is returned to our location, the customer will have to pay the shipping cost again to be able to send the package again since we do not have refunds.
